What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote, async-friendly work with clear ownership and priorities, written specs and SOPs, visible status and KPIs, and clean handovers—so teams can ship without chasing.

At yourtoken.io, I designed behaviour-based nudges for Shopify apps used by 400+ D2C brands, lifting average order value by 3.7%. I also worked with developers on a central operations dashboard linked to GitHub and Slack, while clearer KPIs and streamlined processes helped onboard about 50 brands in three months.

At K2 Partnering Solutions (K2U, formerly Focus on Force), I owned a 57-course portfolio and launched about 45 courses. I led a learner progress dashboard from interviews and wireframes to an approved build, helping lift course completion by 24%.

I also took an AI workflow from idea to approved build to flag course content needing updates after Salesforce releases, cutting update cycles from 80–90 days to 30–45. I led a team of 18 and about eight external contractors and experts, and redesigned onboarding so new team members could get up to speed in about one week instead of three.

I founded Phatse (Celebratious), an online party marketplace, and launched Boxyt, a D2C party-in-a-box brand under Phatse. I built the Shopify store myself, and an instant referral reward delivered an 8:1 payback; at SearchFinn Inc., I worked with engineers to rebuild a multi-page web app as a React single-page app, cutting load time by 40%.
