Building a command center that coordinates people and AI agents through workflows, ownership, and approvals. Wrote product requirements, planned a phased roadmap, and built the product hands-on using TypeScript, Python, React, and PostgreSQL.

Built the company's own AI and consumer products and worked with founders and studios on theirs. Created Explorers, a discovery plugin, and built and sold SeaMaster AI, a maritime navigation assistant.

Selected into Antler's Singapore residency and ran 100+ customer interviews across social impact, sustainability, fintech, and AI. Pitched to the investment committee.

Set up the group's software division and led the rollout of 6 core systems across 1,000+ SKUs. Oversaw the launch of the Cerelia snacks brand and improved inventory accuracy from ~80% to ~95%.

Founded a product development and consulting studio for startups, SMEs, and legacy organizations. Led a 15+ person team and delivered 200+ projects for 30+ clients, generating ~$700K in revenue.

Co-founded a packaged healthy snacks company, building production machinery from scratch and running product cycles for 4 food products. Led a 25+ person team and reached ~$20K peak monthly revenue.

Launched driver hubs in two cities, acquiring and onboarding ~1,000 truckers onto the app. Acquired 10+ shipper clients and ran the demand side, including client engagement and dispatch coordination.

Co-founded an ed-tech startup offering industry-driven learning. Partnered with 50+ universities and delivered 3,000+ industry visits, internships, conferences, and workshops, generating ~$50K in the first year.

Grew from volunteer to VP Operations, leading a 25+ person team delivering 1,000+ international internships for participants from 60+ countries. Won AIESEC India's Most Sustainable Project award.

Pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management through distance learning.
