I’m Sandeep Singh Rajput, a finance graduate with over 6 years of experience in customer support operations, team leadership, and process optimization, primarily in the fintech and crypto industry. I’ve led support teams for high-impact clients like Coinbase at TaskUs, where I focused on driving performance through data, mentoring team members, and managing KPIs like CSAT, AHT, and productivity. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce backlogs, and improve customer experience.

My strengths lie in people management, operational efficiency, and using data to make informed decisions.
