I'm looking to lead e-commerce or fintech operations where I can scale teams, improve performance through data and process optimization, strengthen client partnerships, and apply AI-powered tools to enhance customer service and productivity.

At TaskUs, I lead end-to-end e-commerce and fintech operations for 130–150 FTEs, partnering with Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to deliver against client objectives. I run WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs, using performance analytics and strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
