I’m an IT Support Specialist with 2+ years of experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, administering user accounts, and supporting daily IT operations in Windows-based environments. At Teleperformance Canada, I led the upgrade and deployment of 100+ PCs to Windows 11, manage Active Directory user accounts, and configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
