At Liberty Utilities, I provide front-line IT support for Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile users, VPNs, printers, and network connectivity through phone, email, chat, and remote tools.

I administer accounts, licenses, permissions, and security settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD, while supporting device compliance and policy enforcement through Intune/Endpoint Manager. I manage incidents in ServiceNow, ServiceHub, and JIRA, prioritizing work to meet SLA targets and reduce aging-ticket backlogs.

I was the primary technical support resource for Liberty Utilities' LS Power transition, helping migrate approximately 200 employees to vendor access models, provision Citrix access, and support remote-site migrations alongside infrastructure teams.

Earlier at Trader Corporation, I imaged and deployed Lenovo and Dell laptops, configured VPN, Intune, and CrowdStrike, and contributed to an Active Directory consolidation project. I also create troubleshooting documentation and train contractors and co-op students on service desk processes.
