I am a motivated workplace wellbeing and customer support professional currently pursuing an MBA at the University of the West of Scotland. I bring hands-on experience delivering employee support, group counselling, and wellbeing programs that improve workplace productivity and morale.

In my most recent role as a Customer Support & Wellbeing Associate, I provided staff support, ran mental wellness sensitization programs, and performed environmental assessments to enhance efficiency. I previously interned in Employee Welfare & Support at the Kenya Revenue Authority, where I assisted with leave management, group counselling, and administrative functions.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Coding from the University of Nairobi, with experience in Python, Java, C++, database management, cybersecurity, web development, and machine learning projects. I combine technical knowledge with strong communication and CRM proficiency to resolve issues and support teams effectively.

I am available for remote work and flexible shifts, passionate about customer relations and employee engagement, and eager to apply my interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical skills in a customer service role.
