What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing role that leverages my IT and communication skills, values teamwork and community impact, and offers clear opportunities for professional growth.

I am a friendly, reliable customer service professional with five years' experience in customer-focused environments, most recently as Customer Service Assistant at Starlife Assurance where I responded to inquiries via phone, email and chat, maintained accurate customer records, and supported my team to meet service targets.

I also bring retail experience from Melcom Ghana, proficiency in data entry, IT systems, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure. I am currently pursuing an MSc in Information Technology at the University of the West of Scotland (January 2025–Present) and I am eager to apply my skills in roles that support customers and the community while continuing to grow professionally.
