I am seeking an IT role where I can apply web development, security, and support skills in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and career growth.

I am a detail-oriented computer technologist with hands-on experience in IT support, web development, and ethical penetration testing. I combine practical troubleshooting of hardware and software with web programming skills to deliver reliable solutions.

As a freelance online researcher and content writer since 2019, I produce academic and online content across diverse fields and am proficient with MLA, APA, Chicago, and Harvard referencing styles. I also have experience maintaining and customizing Shopify themes and a deep understanding of Ruby and the Rails framework.

My workplace experience includes IT support roles at a law firm and an internship at a major hospital, where I handled user support, printer and scanner repair, system configuration, domain user management, software installation, backups and basic network troubleshooting. I have also performed laptop configurations on contract.
