In my current role as Salesman & ICT Officer at Kendo and Sons Limited I manage system maintenance, provide user support, maintain sales systems and inventory records, and assist with digital marketing and documentation. During my industrial attachment at Kisii National Polytechnic I supported network installation, lab maintenance, software installations, and helpdesk support.

I also build a freelance presence offering academic writing, copywriting, proofreading, and technical documentation on platforms like Upwork.
