What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote IT Support, Service Desk, Systems Support, or Junior Infrastructure role.

At KEDA GH Ceramics, I support and maintain company computer systems and network infrastructure. I troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues across departments.

I administer Active Directory accounts and Group Policy, and support Wi-Fi authentication through a RADIUS server integrated with Active Directory. I also configure HikVision CCTV systems and their network connections.

For network and CCTV deployments, I surveyed site requirements, planned installations, extended infrastructure with fiber-optic cable, and configured Huawei switches and HikVision cameras. I’m currently pursuing an Advanced Professional Diploma in System Engineering at IPMC.
