I've built a simulated enterprise Windows Server environment using Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, security groups, NTFS permissions, Azure virtual machines, and Remote Desktop.
At Eastern Premier Hotel, I worked as a System Support Specialist and currently maintain CCTV equipment through regular checks, troubleshooting, inspections, and security monitoring. I also support investigations by providing relevant footage and reporting suspicious activity.
My network support experience includes roles with the University of Ghana Computing System and Koforidua Technical University, where I managed LAN and WAN environments, configured IP addressing, switches and routers, installed cabling and wireless routers, maintained connectivity, and resolved hardware and software issues.
