I’m a motivated, self-driven individual actively transitioning into a customer support career. Over the past several months, I’ve self-studied and earned certifications in customer service and CRM tools, including HubSpot Sales Hub, Coursera’s CVS Health customer service courses, and Zendesk agent training.

I’ve trained in practical support workflows—ticket management, macros, views, SLA policies, and multi-channel support within Zendesk Agent Workspace. I also learned core CRM capabilities in HubSpot Sales Hub, including managing contacts, tracking deals, building pipelines, and implementing sales workflows to support customer-facing processes.

I’m looking for my first formal role in customer support where I can apply what I’ve learned, grow with a team, and deliver genuine value to customers from day one. I’m a fast learner, highly coachable, and committed to building a long-term career—especially in remote roles where I can support customers across international time zones.
