At MTN, I resolve around 50 tickets a day for enterprise customers, troubleshooting faults across fibre, VSAT, microwave, broadband, MPLS and LTE. In one case, I traced link instability to a misconfigured PE interface and corrected it after comparing the interface bandwidth with the client’s allocation.
Before MTN, I assessed devices for insurance claims at IT Sure Insurance Services, advised clients on PC builds and network components at Frontosa Information Technology, and repaired Apple and Samsung devices at iFix. I’m CompTIA A+ certified, completing my CCNA and BSc in Information Technology, and ready to step up to a Tier 2 role.
