I'm currently providing L1 NOC technical support for Vodacom Business enterprise customers through Nexio, supporting Fibre, Microwave, VSAT, Wireless GSM, LTE, 3G, Diginet and ADSL services. I investigate incidents, manage access-link issues, troubleshoot transmission and microwave environments, and keep clients updated through to closure.
Previously, I spent over seven years at Jurumani Solutions monitoring network services, managing outages and alarms, performing first-line link checks, and escalating issues when needed. My background also includes desktop support at Global Airways, supported by Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft and CompTIA certifications.
