Currently focused on bringing my storytelling instincts and systems-thinking to organizations where marketing can drive real impact, whether that's scaling a growing SaaS platform or supporting a mission-driven education, healthcare, or nonprofit team.

A dedicated storyteller and visual learner since I was a kid, my love for creating narratives led me to a design education — and eventually, my 5+ year career in B2B SaaS content marketing. I specialize in content marketing, marketing operations, and product & lifecycle marketing, where my focus remains the same: understanding an audience, then building something (content, systems, campaigns) that actually connects with them.

I own marketing initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting, and partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to build content, sales enablement assets, and go-to-market resources that drive growth. Recent impact includes a ~19% lift in MQL-to-paid conversion rate through content strategies at scale and building 20+ AI-powered workflows that saved over 10 hours of busywork per week.

My design background (and love for a well-structured plot) shows up in how I approach marketing: I think in systems and user journeys, not just a single process or piece of content, which is why I’m as passionate about the operational side of content as much as the creative side.
