I’m a customer-focused service professional with nearly 3 years of experience handling high-volume queries via live chat, email, and phone for UK and US clients. I bring a calm, solutions-first approach and consistently deliver end-to-end service with zero dropped cases.

In my most recent role, I processed orders contributing to £100,000+ in invoices within the first month, maintaining zero error rates across all entries in Sage for the UK market. I also served as a night-shift liaison between Lahore and UK headquarters, ensuring dispatch-ready orders every morning and on-time operations.

Previously at iRide, I handled 80+ daily customer and driver queries while staying professional and consistent. I served as the first point of contact for operational disputes, supported fast resolutions, and managed end-to-end driver onboarding by verifying licenses and vehicle documents to ensure compliance.
