I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can resolve issues quickly, support live customers, and improve operations. I want a team that values accuracy, fast problem-solving, and continuous improvement through feedback and coaching.

I’m a customer service and chat support professional with experience spanning inbound complaints, live chat handling, and customer relations across US/UK/Canada clients. I’m known for actively listening, resolving problems quickly, and escalating major issues to supervisors when needed.

I’ve worked in high-volume, fast-paced environments where I collected and updated customer data, documented interactions accurately, and used Google sheets and Microsoft Excel to manage records and reporting. I also set appointments based on customer discussion and requirements and maintained a friendly, efficient service experience following outlined steps.
