I am a B.Com (Computer Application) graduate and a motivated, reliable customer support professional with nearly one year of experience as a Customer Support Executive.

In my role at Multrix I facilitated timely resolutions by escalating urgent cases appropriately and maintained detailed records of customer interactions. I also mentored a junior team member and consistently met or exceeded individual and departmental goals.

I am proficient in customer relationship management (CRM), possess excellent communication skills, and am skilled in problem resolution and proactive troubleshooting. I bring exceptional adaptability, flexibility, and a proven ability to improve client satisfaction.
