I’m looking for an opportunity in organisational or strategy consulting where I can apply work/organisational psychology, quantitative analysis, and change management to help clients scale sustainably through high-impact workshops and DEI-aligned growth.

I’m an Organisational Consultant & Strategy Specialist with a results-driven background in strategy consulting, business analysis, and market-oriented alignment. I combine work and organisational psychology with strong analytical skills to optimize business processes and support change management.

I’ve delivered strategy and conceptual development work for both international client startups and local enterprises through structured research, rigorous business analysis, and actionable reporting. In university consulting placements, I synthesized strategic positioning and market alignment into comprehensive business recommendations.

I also bring hands-on leadership in client engagement and workshop facilitation, guiding cross-functional workstreams from planning through execution. As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Director, I championed a DEI strategic framework and led the end-to-end delivery of the “Red Women Drive,” expanding menstrual hygiene accessibility and health equity across underserved communities.
