I'm looking to continue translating AI, market, and stakeholder insights into executable strategy, transformation, and partnership work that supports high-stakes leadership decisions.

At Tata Strategic Management Group, I drive AI transformation strategy and campaign implementation, translating M&A, partnership, and capability analyses into action-oriented narratives for executive decisions.

I assessed 200+ potential M&A targets, built a partner thesis and stakeholder map, and support negotiations for 5+ global AI startup partnerships and a joint partnership with a major AI research organization. I also benchmarked global IT services leaders to shape an AI talent and capability roadmap aligned with CHRO and leadership priorities.

Previously at Kearney, I delivered strategy, implementation, and thought-leadership work across energy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, insurance, waste management, and data centres. My work included a fact-based negotiation framework associated with approximately 2% EBITDA gain, a restructuring initiative identifying approximately $10M in savings, and due diligence for businesses worth approximately €240M.
