I’m a Global HR Leader with 20+ years of experience partnering with senior leadership teams to align people strategy with business growth across Technology, ITES, BFSI, and high-growth environments. I’ve led organizational design, change management, leadership development, employee relations, HR governance, and workforce planning—often in multicultural, matrixed setups.
In my current role as Founder & People Strategy Consultant at BetterWorld Engagements, I lead people strategy, workforce enablement, and stakeholder engagement initiatives focused on sustainable livelihood creation and inclusive workforce participation. Previously, as Head – People & Culture at Qubix Consulting, I directed HR strategy across India and Southeast Asia during M&A integration with Version 1, and as Senior Vice President – HR at Willis Towers Watson, I led HR integration and talent/DEI programs following major organizational change.
