What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-enabled transformation, organisational change, and learning programmes where I can partner with stakeholders, improve adoption, and strengthen leadership decision-making.

I've delivered transformation and learning programmes for Harvard Business Impact, Havells India, and Société Générale FORGE across APAC and EMEA.

At Harvard Business Impact, I managed 18+ global engagements contributing to a $7M+ portfolio and $1.2M in repeat revenue. I led cross-functional teams to achieve 95% participant satisfaction and an NPS of 60, while building 30+ learning analytics dashboards and impact assessments.

Most recently, I led Oracle Learning Cloud's rollout for 8,000+ Havells employees and developed a one-year learning strategy across 23 business units. I also built Saint, an AI-native leadership coach grounded in person-centred coaching, nonviolent communication, and the GROW model.
