At Textalk Group, I work across Abicart, Prenly and Webarch, translating business goals into production systems. I report directly to the CEO and own revenue, automation, data and AI systems from design through ongoing operation.

I delivered sales-to-support automation across Upsales, Oneflow, Kleer, Intercom and Trello, including AI VAT verification, contract generation and billing triggers. I also deployed AI voice agents using Twilio and OpenAI Realtime API, and led Abicart's AI-native transformation.

I co-founded Nex Nimbus LLP, an automation and AI transformation consultancy, where I design client pipelines using tools including n8n, Zapier and OpenAI API. I also created CoTailr, an AI resume-tailoring platform, and built analytics and onboarding products for Textalk Group.
