I seek a customer-facing role where I can apply my call center and retail experience, grow professionally, and work within a collaborative, service-oriented team.

I am a customer service professional with experience in high-volume call centers and face-to-face retail support, delivering prompt, courteous solutions and consistently meeting performance targets.
