I am an English teacher and results-driven sales and customer communication professional with experience in international call centers and classroom teaching. I combine a strong academic background in English Language & Literature with practical skills in client handling and lead qualification.

I have handled inbound and outbound calls for European and MENA markets, presenting services persuasively in English and French and qualifying leads by identifying needs, budgets, and readiness. I have also worked in customer service roles resolving inquiries and escalating complex cases while maintaining client trust.

My teaching experience includes instructing secondary students and children aged 7–12 in international settings, where I designed interactive lessons and strengthened students' communication and presentation skills. International exposure through AIESEC placements and work in Turkey has improved my cross-cultural communication and adaptability.

I bring strong interpersonal skills—emotional intelligence, time management, multitasking, fast learning—and multilingual fluency in Arabic, English, and French, with conversational ability in Italian and Turkish. I am well-suited for roles in medical tourism, international sales, education, and customer-facing functions.
