I’m looking to contribute to Capgemini as an Email Support Executive, delivering professional customer assistance, using CRM tools for accurate records, and coordinating issue resolution to ensure a positive client experience.

I’m a customer-focused Computer Engineering graduate and Email Support Executive, bringing hands-on experience in client handling, email follow-ups, and query resolution. In my Customer Relationship Executive role, I used Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and the GEM Portal to manage customers, handle product-related questions, and maintain accurate client records.

I also strengthen support outcomes through clear business communication, Excel-based reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Alongside my experience, I completed a Product Management internship at TechWalnut Innovations, and I’ve built practical project work to support documentation, coordination, and execution.
