I’m a Commerce graduate with hands-on experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, and business development gained through a family-owned cycle workshop and showroom. I’ve managed daily sales operations while handling both retail and business customer interactions, building long-term customer relationships that improve repeat business and retention.

I focus on practical execution—negotiating pricing, resolving customer concerns, supporting inventory planning and product demonstrations, and contributing to sales forecasting and procurement activities. I also handle billing, order tracking, customer follow-ups, account management, and maintain sales records and business data using Microsoft Excel, using upselling and cross-selling to support revenue growth.
