What I'm looking for
I’m a customer success and operations professional with 8+ years managing B2B relationships across FinTech, real estate, and retail. I own the post-sales lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal—bringing hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on driving adoption and retention.
