I’m looking for a fast-paced, high-growth environment where I can own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, drive adoption and retention for enterprise clients, and use Salesforce-driven workflows plus analytics to improve outcomes across teams.

I’m a customer success and operations professional with 8+ years managing B2B relationships across FinTech, real estate, and retail. I own the post-sales lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal—bringing hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on driving adoption and retention.

In my current role, I’m responsible for the full post-signature customer lifecycle, including activation, issue resolution, and possession handover. I deliver regular account health and escalation reporting, maintain 100% account coverage, and proactively mitigate churn by tracking payment status, pending documents, and timelines.

Alongside customer ownership, I’ve led operations and analytics work—supporting franchise business performance, improving processes, and using performance analytics to guide decisions. I also bring trading and portfolio support experience, using MetaTrader 4 to analyze market data and support informed decisions, alongside strong stakeholder and requirement gathering skills.
