I’m a versatile senior professional with 12+ years of progressive experience across Operations Management, Key Account Management, and Client Relationship Management across fleet, mobility, logistics, financial services, and corporate sectors. I build and manage high-value client portfolios while translating operational reality into measurable outcomes.
I’ve led teams of 20+ and owned multi-site operations end-to-end—covering budgets, resource scheduling, compliance, process governance, SLA management, and escalation handling. I design KPI frameworks, drive performance reporting through executive dashboards, and run business reviews that strengthen trust, retention, and account growth.
In recent roles, I’ve combined relationship leadership with operational execution: converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, improving turnaround times, and using process automation to reduce manual effort while increasing client-facing accuracy.
