I'm a customer-focused professional with 8+ years of leadership experience at State Bank of India, specializing in customer relationship management, branch operations, retail lending, and team leadership. I contributed to ₹500+ Cr business growth, managed ₹220 Cr in retail lending, led a 15-member team, and earned an AAA Performance Rating.

After banking, I launched a women's apparel venture, gaining hands-on experience in customer success, vendor management, digital operations, and business ownership. Building the business from scratch strengthened my adaptability, problem-solving, and ability to learn quickly—I even taught myself website development to support the business.
