I built a Windows Server environment in my home lab using Microsoft Hyper-V, then configured Active Directory Domain Services and created a Windows domain.
I created and managed domain users and groups, joined Windows client systems to the domain, and worked with DNS, DHCP, and virtual networking.
When DNS resolution or domain connectivity issues came up, I troubleshot them and handled password resets and basic access management. I also used Command Prompt and PowerShell for basic administration and troubleshooting.
My training includes Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Microsoft IT Support through Coursera, as well as TestOut PC Pro. I'm currently pursuing CompTIA A+.
