What I'm looking for

I'm seeking career-enriching opportunities in Technical Support, Networking, or Server Support in an organization of high repute.

At BMM Testlabs India Pvt. Ltd., I manage IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, Wi-Fi, and access control systems.

I configured Active Directory on a newly promoted virtual domain controller in Hyper-V, moved systems to the new domain, and set up DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

I also installed Fortigate 80F firewalls and created VPN tunnels with remote Forti clients. I deploy and maintain SentinelOne endpoint security and the SuperOPS remote management tool.

Previously, at VIVEKANANDA COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, I maintained the college’s IT infrastructure and Active Directory. At CONVERGYS INDIA SERVICES PVT. LTD., I supported Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory technologies for US/UK clients.
