At Madul Tech Software Pvt Ltd, I support ITOM, CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and HRSD initiatives, including improving configuration item accuracy and automating discovery and reporting. I also develop REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Previously, at Sankeneni Consultants Inc, I developed ITSM workflows and expanded the Service Catalog with record producers, self-service workflows, and Knowledge Management content. Across these roles, I’ve configured ServiceNow applications and supported their deployments and ongoing enhancements.
