I'm looking for opportunities where I can strengthen customer or employee experiences through HR operations, onboarding, recruitment, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and service delivery.

At Kepsten Inc, I consult with customers on service packages, manage service requests and follow-ups, coordinate cleaners, and resolve complaints to improve service quality and retention. I also manage end-to-end cleaner onboarding, from documentation and orientation to operational guidelines and customer service standards.

Previously, I led HR operations and people initiatives at Made In Mars Inc, WeRize, and NoBroker, covering workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and engagement programs. I've supported HR operations for more than 1,000 employees, built standardized onboarding and offboarding frameworks, and used Kaizen to streamline workflows and employee service delivery.
