I'm the founder of Sadie Frame & Associates, an EDWOSB-certified consulting practice specializing in 340B compliance, specialty pharmacy advisory, and government contracting. Since 2021, I've served 100+ covered entities and provider organizations while sustaining a 98% compliance rate.

Before and alongside the practice, I spent ten years in pharmacy operations, from long-term care to 340B contract pharmacy to specialty and home infusion, where I supported an average of 2,000 patients a month. Along the way I built relationships with oncology and hematology providers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the New York City market.

I'm looking for a remote sales or account management role at a healthcare, life sciences, or health-tech company where deep domain knowledge and a relationship-first approach help win and keep accounts.
