I’m looking for a remote role where I can manage customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, track orders, handle billing and returns, and use tools like Zendesk and Google Workspace to deliver accurate, policy-focused support.

I’m a remote-ready customer support and customer service professional focused on helping people quickly, clearly, and with attention to detail. I’ve handled high volumes in fast-paced retail and managed customer inquiries across email, live chat, and phone support.
