In this role I am building a culture of delivering impact through cross-functional collaboration and project management best practices within the Alzheimer Society of Ontario (ASO), by leading the strategic development and implementation of the Alzheimer Society of Ontario Project Management Office (ASO PMO).

Lead PM responsible for the Client Record Management unification of 24 Alzheimer Societies in Ontario. Including all planning, monitoring, change, and stakeholder relationship management efforts.

Responsible for the oversight and leadership of quality improvement initiatives, within all functional centers of the organization. Specifically, the review and development of organization-wide policies, processes, and protocols. Additionally responsible for the development of a province-wide Accreditation Framework in support of 26 Alzheimer Societies in Ontario.

Responsible for the development, implementation and operations of the Alzheimer Society Music Project- an innovative approach to dementia care through the use of personalize music on iPods.

Proudly became the 1st Family Counselor certified under the Canadian Addiction Counselors Certification Federation (CACCF) in Canada. In this role, I provided 1:1 counseling , education and support to addicts, alcoholics and their families - guided by the 12 step principles of Alcoholics Anonymous.
