What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise program and release delivery end-to-end—building high-performing teams, tightening governance and predictability, and using AI-enabled productivity to improve planning, documentation, and stakeholder execution.

I’m a senior program, delivery, and release leader with 20+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and modernizing operating models to deliver complex enterprise technology initiatives across public and private sector organizations. I’m known for improving delivery predictability, navigating ambiguity, and executing strategic programs from planning through successful deployment.

In my current role as a Project Manager (Contract) and Finance Workstream Lead for a Workday ERP Transformation, I lead a team of five through integrated testing, deployment planning, and go-live preparation for a multi-year enterprise implementation. I chair Finance governance forums, identify critical cross-workstream dependencies, and manage interdependencies across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Workforce Management to support coordinated delivery.

Previously, as an Independent Consultant at Inagene Diagnostics, I helped scale integrated pharmacogenetics into pharmacy and clinical workflows. I coordinated business, clinical, and technical stakeholders, designed ordering and results delivery workflows, and developed a 5-year financial forecast securing $3M in funding—aligning clinical delivery with commercial strategy.

Earlier leadership roles as a Director and Group Manager included optimizing national patient support programs, mentoring emerging leaders, and improving scalability through standardized operational workflows and governance. I also led complex provincial software rollouts as a Senior/Technical Project Manager, including multi-site deployments, release planning, stakeholder communications, and post-go-live stabilization—often leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to improve planning, documentation, and execution.
