I've led complex transformation projects for Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General, Niagara Health, HealthPRO Canada, and the Canadian Red Cross. My work spans justice systems, healthcare technology, digital workplaces, CRM/ERP platforms, data migration, and reporting delivery.

At Niagara Health, I led the Cerner Millennium reporting workstream, delivering over 500 custom reports and extracts, including 80% required for go-live.
