Managed end-to-end delivery including program governance, procurement, vendor management, architecture reviews, AI and security reviews, privacy compliance, financial management, deployment, and operational transition for Allstate Canada’s Data & Analytics team. Provided oversight and guidance to Project Delivery Directors, Portfolio Managers, and Project Managers to support identification and resolution of issues. Led a team of Financial Analysts and Project Control Officers to provide PMO as a Service, and developed and rolled out PMO training initiatives.

Directed, led, and managed large scale projects across multiple lines of business involving significant scope and complexity. Planned and delivered multiple projects with budgets up to $36M and teams up to 40, and mentored junior project managers and analysts.

Managed, coached, and developed the Call Centre Operations Support Team comprising instructional designers, training instructors, business analysts, a customer relations officer, and an administrative assistant. Successfully merged email mailboxes and redesigned interdepartmental workflows.

Led a team of 15 Workforce Management & Resource Management Analysts responsible for creating and optimizing capacity plans, managing service levels, and planning training programs. Created and implemented workforce management processes and policies.

Led a team of 10 Scheduling Analysts responsible for creating and optimizing short-term capacity plans, managing daily service levels, and planning training programs. Developed and trained the Kitchener Call Centre Scheduling and Accessibility Team.
