At reSolved Business Solutions Ltd., I rebuilt a struggling project management team, and my role expanded to lead PMO, development and engineering, and managed client services. I designed and rolled out Wrike company-wide, including the data structures and workflows behind project, portfolio, capacity, and time management.
I also built a custom data infrastructure that cut year-end portfolio reporting inputs from three months to a few hours within a fiscal year. During a business contraction of more than 30%, I held delivery velocity and client satisfaction steady while continuing to mature the teams and operations.
At Lyrical Security, I built the PMO from zero to a five-person team and led the company strategy from planning through benefits realization. I created a cascading OKR framework in Lattice and managed a portfolio of 25 to 40 concurrent engagements.
Earlier, I built PMO governance at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. and led enterprise system implementations at eSentire Inc. Across my work, I’ve designed operating models, processes, and delivery systems to make priorities, risks, and outcomes more visible.
