What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Support Agent who doesn’t panic when things go sideways. I like solving problems and I’m good at explaining them clearly, with strong English, faster-than-most response time, and the composure to handle a full inbox.
I’m new to formal support roles, but I’ve been building the skills deliberately—running an AI Workarounds YouTube channel end-to-end (research, scripting, voiceover, editing, publishing, and promotion) and “unpaid community support” through comments and feedback. I’m also self-directing technical training in web hosting fundamentals (DNS, cPanel/hPanel, WordPress, SSL certificates, FTP) so I can meet the technical bar for a Technical Support Specialist role and support users in plain language, especially in fast-moving environments like iGaming.
