What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote, long-term support role where I can handle live chat, resolve customer issues clearly, work across international shifts, and contribute reliable ticket handovers, escalation notes, and customer-focused service.

I've supported iGaming platforms including Betease, BTCrick, Baghbet, Bajibagh, and LuckyAdda, handling 100+ live chats per shift across web chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord.

I resolve KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, login failures, bonuses, and promotion queries end to end. I also document reproducible bugs for technical and payment teams and keep affected users updated through resolution.

I de-escalate frustrated and high-value users with empathetic, solution-first communication while protecting platform reputation and retention.

I'm comfortable managing 4–6 concurrent conversations, maintaining clean handovers and chat logs, and working full-time remote across night, weekend, and holiday rotations. A support chat is not a ticket to close — it is a person to help.
