In my roles as a Shelf Clerk/cashier and then a Sales Representative, I focused on clear communication, time management, and product knowledge. I used active listening and telecommunication skills to foster strong relationships, handle transactions effectively, and upsell packages when opportunities arose.

In my current work as a Customer Service Representative, I help customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and following policies to ensure compliance and trust. I’m also digitally literate for online-based inquiries, and I prioritize exceptional service to create memorable client experiences while continuing to learn, improve, and contribute to organizational goals.
