Ruzanna Jackson

I am a licensed real estate broker and owner with active licenses in Florida, New York, and New Jersey, and over a decade running my own firm, RVJ Realty Group Inc. I specialize in listing and selling residential properties and providing full-service property management for owners and investors.

I manage transactions end-to-end, oversee timelines, prepare market analyses and presentations, and support agents and clients to ensure successful closings. I serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants and coordinate contractors and vendors as needed.

Previously, I served as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of an international entertainment company, managing day-to-day operations, contract negotiations, sponsorships, and financial reconciliations. Earlier in my career I worked as a programmer/analyst developing accounting and insurance-related software using Visual Basic, MS SQL, Oracle, MS Access, and Crystal Reports.

I bring a blend of real estate expertise, operational leadership, and technical background, and I focus on delivering client-centered solutions, accurate record-keeping, and market-informed advice to protect and grow client investments.
