I use Multiple Listing Service systems and CRM programs, including Monday and Qualia, and maintain relationships with title companies, attorneys, lenders, and appraisers. I also manage the company’s daily operations.
Previously, as Managing Broker for MV Realty, LLC., I was the qualifying broker for Alabama, Louisiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Minnesota. I trained sales agents and managed residential sales, land transactions, and rental properties across those markets.
At U Build Realty, LLC. from 2014 to 2021, I sold between 3 and 4 million USD in real estate per year, trained sales agents, and provided weekly Broker’s Opinions for banks and lenders. Earlier, at Signature Homes, I sold 5-6 million USD in real estate per year and planned and implemented marketing for the community.
