I'm looking to lead business development, sustainability, recycling, supply chain, or operations initiatives where I can build scalable processes, reduce costs, grow revenue, and strengthen strategic customer and partner relationships.

I'm the co-founder and acting president of S&R Valvo Consulting LLC, where I deliver global sustainability solutions, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, logistics, supply chain management, and organizational development.

Previously, at Combs Brothers, I developed and coordinated 25 diversion and donation processes for the Venetian Resort, diverting more than 4 million pounds from landfill and increasing its diversion rate from 45% to 62% in 48 months. I partnered with hotel and casino executives, service providers, and operations teams to improve service levels, profitability, waste costs, and food-scrap collection.

Across Avangard Innovative, Airdex International, Gateway Business Development, Saturn, and Miller Brewing Company, I've launched revenue programs, built recycling partners in 37 countries, managed international supply chains, generated cost savings, trained teams, and grown customer accounts.
