What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow into an L2 Application Support role for Core Banking systems, where I can troubleshoot production issues, support releases, optimize databases, and learn new banking tools.

I'm supporting blockchain-based trade finance banking applications at Infosys, working across Angular front ends, Java/Spring back ends, and RESTful APIs that exchange secure data.

I troubleshoot production issues, monitor application and database performance, and optimize MySQL queries and structures to protect data integrity and reduce execution time. I've also worked on Cross-Border Trade Integration (TradeTrust GUUD) and Corporate Internet Banking login integration.

Across Infosys roles, I've supported enterprise banking applications through development, testing, bug fixing, production releases, and database tuning. I work in Agile sprint teams, coordinate fixes during release calls, manage GitLab version control, and document recurring resolutions and runbooks.

I'm eager to grow into an L2 Application Support role for Core Banking systems, bringing a hands-on support mindset and strong Java, SQL, Spring, and troubleshooting experience.
