I’m a motivated, detail-oriented IT Systems Support professional with hands-on experience from an IT internship at Netcampus. I’ve built strong troubleshooting abilities and a growth mindset while supporting users in fast-paced technical environments.

In my current role as an IT Intern, I provide first-line IT support to end users and support the installation and configuration of hardware and software. I log and resolve support tickets inline with SLA requirements, ensuring issues are handled promptly and accurately.

I’m confident across Windows OS installation, configuration, and user support, including user account setup and password resets. I also support applications and troubleshooting, including printer installation and support, and communications through Outlook and webmail.

I’m seeking an opportunity to contribute to a support-driven IT team where I can keep improving and deliver dependable customer service and user communication. I’m also trained through NQF Level 5 qualifications in IT Systems Support and IT System Development, reinforcing my practical approach to problem-solving.
